| A great cottage located close to everything you'll ever need. Great bakery,butchers and pubs / restaurants within 200 yards and only a 20 min walk down to the lake. The cottage was clean warm and very suitable for 2 adults , 2 kids ( 5&8 ) and our dog. Overall a great 4 day break and we will be visiting again |

| Just returned from long weekend at Granary Nook accompanied by our dog Tess. The cottage is brilliant, warm cosy and homely with every amenity. The location is excellent both for the town, literally 20 yds away and also for lovely walks in local woodland and along the lake. Also very convenient for Bowness, and Ambleside. Both walkable. We will definitely book again. |
