Derwentwater located in North of the Lake District National Park today recorded a all time low water level, the previous lowest water level was back in 1976 a plague was laid in the water and this is no visible, the neviroment and local council are holding urgent talks on how the water levels can be stopped from receding even further which may involve the construction of a weir.
