The Keswick Beer Festival in the Lake District, began in 1997 and is always held on the first weekend in June. Tickets for this festival, which attracts approximately 6,000 beer enthusiasts over two days, traditionally go on sale online on 8th December each year.

This festival, which is organised by the Keswick Lions and the Keswick Rugby Club and which is sponsored by Jennings Brewery, is held in the Rugby Club ground at Davidson Park in Keswick in a giant marquee.
