Holiday Cottage Policy
Granary Nook Cottage Terms and Conditions of Booking

Conditions of booking
The acceptance of the booking is on the understanding that our property Granary Nook is taken good care of and that you leave it as you find it in good clean condition.
Any breakages and damages will be charged to your account, therefore it is imperative that you check the inventory upon arrival.
Any excess cleaning charges will be charged to your account to re-instate the property to good order for the next guest .
The property must not be occupied by more than the persons stated on the original enquiry, failure to do so would result in the termination of your booking with no refund.
Parking permits- a £60 charge will be charged per week to your account if the parking permit is not left at the property. This is to fund the next guests parking costs.
It is important that you read and take note of our health and safety guidelines upon arrival.
This is a NO SMOKING property
Arrivals
The property is available for occupancy from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The keys should be returned to the key box outside and the code randomly configured .Parking permit should be placed in the lounge
Deposits
All deposits are non refundable, all balances are payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, failure to send balances will result in the cancellation of your booking, and if not relet you potentially would be liable for the balance
Cancellation policy
Deposits are non refundable
Less than 8 weeks 100% of the holiday will not be refundable
If the property is unavailable for occupancy due to circumstances out of our control, we will offer a full refund and will accept no further liability.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities
Pets
We Accept small well behaved pets on the understanding that they are not allowed on the furniture, that they are not left in the property unattended, and no sign upon departure that the pet was evident. Excess cleaning will be charged to your account (£50)
No Liability
No Responsibility is accepted for loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday by the guest or member of the party or invited person, or any car or contents
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and representations are accurate we can not be held responsible for misinterpretations .
Environmental policy
We ask you to switch off any lights whilst not in the property.
We ask you to keep the noise to a minimum in order to maintain a good neighbour policy

Deposit :  An Amount Equivalent To 20% of the total booking value Is Required To Secure Your Booking
Cancellation Policy
To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 60 day(s) before your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 60 day(s) notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Check In / Check Out:
Unless by special request, our earliest check-in time is: 15:00 hours.
Unless by special request, our latest check-out time is: 10:00 hours.
